Yallah House Beans

Our relationship with this group of family-focused, small-scale farmers is one we’re most proud of. We’re into our 7th year working together and know many of the producers on a personal level. If you like dense, chocolate, and toffee notes with a silky smooth finish you’re in for a treat.

Producers: Associate Producers of Divinolandia
OriginBrazil
Variety: Bourbon, Catuai, Obata, Acacia
Process: Natural
Tasting Notes: Dates, walnuts & dark chocolate

Divinolandia means ‘divine land’ and it’s easy to see why. It’s a small region in the far northern reaches of São Paulo state, in the Mogiana Paulista district. The area is blessed with fertile soil and a dry climate during the harvest period. These conditions are essential for the natural method of drying coffee they use, which involves a higher percentage of coffee drying on the tree than the normal ‘natural process’.

This unique processing method helps produce the coffee we have here - with low acidity and sticky sugar notes making it a real crowd pleaser. Well suited to pretty much every type of brew - this one really makes your life easy. Stick the kettle on and relax - this is specialty coffee just for you.

250g bags are 100% plastic-free and can be recycled with your household paper or composted in your garden. We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container like this one, not in the fridge.
