Refund policy
Most products ordered online, shipped and sold by Tre, Pol & Pen are perishable items and as such we are exempt from the laws under the Distance Selling Regulations and unable to offer refund. Personal care goods (such as beauty products) are also exempt.
There are, however, certain exceptions to this rule as follows:
- Wrong product shipped – if we have, unfortunately, shipped you the wrong product, please contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt and we will offer a full refund or replacement order.
- Damaged or faulty product – in the unlikelihood there is a fault with your product, please notify us with photographic evidence and we will offer a full refund or replacement order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
