Experienced Restaurant Supervisor Needed
Tre, Pol & Pen is a vibrant farm shop and restaurant located near Launceston on the Cornwall/Devon border, 3 miles from Launceston. We are on the lookout for an experienced supervisor to support the restaurant manager alongside an existing restaurant supervisor.
The role involves supporting the restaurant manager and working closely with other departments to ensure the efficient smooth running of the restaurant. The role involves creating shift briefs, managing a team of up to 12 per shift, placing orders with suppliers, communicating with the kitchen team clearly and concisely and dealing with all manner of customer service challenges.
Applicants should be outgoing with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. They should have experience in managing teams and delegation. Applicants should have a positive can do attitude, work well as part of a team, be confident and be able to deliver a first class customer experience.
Shifts are Mon-Sun between 8am and 5.30pm, with occasional evening work for our popular event nights.
Barista experience would be an advantage but not essential.
