Rib of Landue Beef
Our succulent beef comes from our own grass fed Ruby Red cattle, here on the farm at Tre, Pol & Pen. Keeping it natural with a grass diet, is not only better for the animals and environment, but also produces moreish and meltingly tender meat, marbled with fat throughout to ensure an even cook with plenty of juices left over for that longed-for homemade gravy.
A rib of beef has got to be one of our favourite centrepieces on the farmhouse table. Utterly tender and filled with natural buttery flavour, this joint is sure to halt conversation while your guests tuck in.
