Our succulent beef comes from our own grass fed Ruby Red cattle, here on the farm at Tre, Pol & Pen. Keeping it natural with a grass diet, is not only better for the animals and environment, but also produces moreish and meltingly tender meat, marbled with fat throughout to ensure an even cook with plenty of juices left over for that longed-for homemade gravy.
A rib of beef has got to be one of our favourite centre pieces on the farmhouse table. Utterly tender and filled with natural buttery flavour, this joint is sure to halt conversation while your guests tuck in.
Collection Days will only be on the 22nd and 23rd December. A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking.
