We take our award winning Dry Gin and pitch in fresh rhubarb and ginger root. Then we wait.

Only when our Head Distiller deems it ready, we rack off the fruit and spice then hand bottle this complex gin in individual batches. Perfect served neat on ice or paired with ginger ale, garnished with a rhubarb stalk.
