Sharpham Brie is soft, surface-ripened cheese made using unpasteurised Jersey cow’s milk.
The Sharpham Dairy is situated on the banks of the River Dart just outside Totnes, where they produce a range of handmade cheeses.
Sharpham Brie has deservedly won a whole host of awards and it's easy to see why. Salt, starter cultures and vegetable rennet are the only additions to the fresh rich Jersey cow milk. When ripe it oozes it’s creamy, rich buttery interior everywhere.
