It's time to get ready for the festive season and this year we are delighted to have partnered with Treway Farm to bring you beautiful, premium, Cornish, free range bronze Christmas turkeys and free-range geese.
Will and Kate at Treway Farm near St. Austell strongly believe in doing things the traditional way and hold the welfare of their Cornish Turkeys as top priority. They rear the birds slowly and feed them an all natural diet which adds to their succulent flavour. The turkeys spend their time roaming the meadows at Treway by day and are kept safe in their airy barn by night.
Before your Cornish turkey reaches your Christmas table it will have been expertly dry plucked by hand, game hung to develop its full flavour and packed with its giblets, a bunch of herbs, pop up timer and recipe leaflet in a special presentation box.

If you’re looking for an alternative to a whole bird for your main event our Tre, Pol & Pen butchers will also be preparing boned and rolled turkey breast crowns in various sizes to suit your needs along with all the trimmings.
A seasonal selection of our own Landue Ruby Red beef, local lamb, Cornish pork, chicken and duck is also available.
